So I’m not sure if anyone ever checks this blog to see if I’ve made updates or anything. Obviously its been awhile since I’ve posted anything, because I honestly thought (Google ate it) I had deleted this one. So I made another blog to replace it, and just found this one again the other day. Since I’ve more or less been using the other one, I’m going to officially retire this blog for the time being. I don’t want to lose my old posts on this blog, so I won’t be deleting it. I would just like to redirect everyone to the new blog https://dandelionwoods.blogspot.com
I’m also going to post a link to one of my other blogs. This one is dedicated to things like gaming screen shots, fan fictions, etc. https://warloreanddreams.blogspot.com/
Sorry for not posting anything sooner.

Past and Present (story idea)
Past
A cruel and powerful Lord hires a young magician to kidnap a young woman to be his bride. He lies, and claims that she is his fiancé who has been cursed to be fearful of him. An Oracle warns the woman of the Lords plan, and she flees. During the chase she and the magician begin to fall in love. They run off, and get married.
Present
A broke street magician/thief is offered a hefty sum of money to kidnap a young woman. Once he kidnaps her though, strange memories start to surface. Memories of a previous life with a very parallel set of events, and perhaps a not so happy ending.

Ayira - Draenei Paladin (character sketch)
She was young when the Exodar crashed, and it was considered a miracle that she even survived. Her parents both perished in the crash. Many of her memories of her life on Draenor are broken, and fragmented. She grew up in Amen Vale, and was raised by the healers that turned it into a small settlement.
It was thought that she would choose to be a priestess, because of her "Dream Visions", and her natural knack for healing. The cataclysm, and escalating conflicts with the Horde, are what lead her away from being a priest. She doesn't just want to heal people, she wants to be able to protect them as well.
She began her training as a paladin by helping to resolve issues in Amen Vale. Things like monitoring residual radiation, inoculation of wildlife, putting down seriously mutated creatures, helping injured locals, and fending off Horde/Twilights Hammer spies.

This Little Blog of Mine
So on that note I'm going to start posting a little writing exercise that I have been doing called Letters. It's a perspective exercise where I try to get into the mind set of the character writing the letters. I'm also using it as a character building exercise. I'm great at coming up with rough character ideas, but not so great at giving them an actual storyline. So I'm going to try writing letters, and journal entries from their perspective. The first character that I will be doing this with is a girl named Lynn, who will be writing to her friend Lorain. I will also try to do journal entries for my "World of Warcraft" character Anjzel. Knowing how my brain works though don't be to suprised if you see other names show up suddenly. Also I like pictures and quotes, so I will try to have at least one picture with every post. And I will try to use quotes as titles or ending phrases for posts. Hopefully my future pictures and quotes will be better than the ones I used for this post. Well on that note I best be off I have a busy day a head of me.

May 15th
My Dear Friend Lorain,
I hope this letter finds you well. Sorry for not writing back sooner, things have not been going so well for us here. Daddy had been hoping to have us all ready to move by the end of the month. We currently are nowhere near being ready, we don't even have a clue as to where we might move to. The biggest concern I have is for the animals. By the time we got the cats they were too old to be declawed, and most of the rentals aren't allowing for them even if they are. There also seems to be a growing trend against caged animals as well, in the area. So there is a good chance that we won't be able to take the rabbits either. We really don't have the money to impound any of them either. Daddy's talking about letting them lose if we can't find proper homes for them. Mama disagrees though, she thinks Daddy will just have to put them down. Normally I would agree with Daddy, especially when it comes to the cats. This time, however I think Mama might be the one who's right. The cats are too adjusted to life indoors. Daisy panics if she accidentally ends up outside. My little rabbit, Peanut doesn't seem to know how to drink water from a bowl. How would she know where to find water outside? She might hop past clean water, only to drink something poisonous when she gets thirsty enough. I could go on and on about all the terrible things that could happen to them.
I feel so useless in all of this too. Last time I wrote to you, I complained that I wasn't getting any work at the Boutique. Well let's just say that things haven't changed. I'm still searching for work elsewhere, but fear that it may be too late for that. This weather hasn't helped one bit either. It has been so cloudy, and wet that my mood has begun to turn grey on me. Anyways, I do apologize for the gloomy update. I'm just feeling at wits end at the moment, and needed to tell someone.
Your Friend,
~Lynn

“Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent” ― Victor Hugo
So lately I've been looking for songs that have more meaning to them. Songs that aren't just the a-typical: "I love you so much"; "I don't love you anymore"; "I'm obsessed with YOU"; "But my world revolves around YOU, so why did you go"; ect. So I've started to compile a song list, which I have already began to post. Here is the next song on my list, "Little Me" by Little Mix. I will work on getting a posting schedule going for the Song List.
